8-week Online Summer Dance Program

Get ready for the most energetic, music packed, cultural 8-weeks!
Welcome to Lift Off’s 2nd annual Online Summer Dance Program! The Lift Off team is thrilled to provide you with an immersive, online, social-emotional, movement program. Last year’s pilot was a great success. This year we have much more in store from new cultural choreography, and #dancechallenges, to livestream workshops and DIY dance props. Our program is structured for all levels of participants, from beginner to advanced. And age, aint nothing but a number. All are welcomed, both young and seasoned.
The program is fully virtual and can be accessed from anywhere at any time. You are in charge of your class schedule. So dance as much or as little as you want. On-demand classes allow you to learn choreography at your own pace. Our livestream workshops allow you to connect and dance with fellow members. Workshops include 305 Fitness, Power Soca, and Around the World. This summer we will focus on our most popular styles of dance— Afrobeats, K-Pop, Soca, Salsa— in addition to a few new (gotta sign up to find out).
We close our 8-week dance experience with our virtual recital Take The Stage: a collective of recorded performances staring YOU and ALL program members. Its the best part of the entire program; a sweet keepsake of our time spent together. If nothing else, we guarantee this program will jumpstart and hearten you. You’ll feel great and naturally pass on that feeling to others you come into contact with! I can’t wait to join you on the dance floor. Session starts July 10th, see you then!
